Alpha Omega is committed to making available financial products and services that will assist our credit unions in enabling their members to meet their finanical needs and satisfy their finanical goals. Protecting the credit union and its members' personal information, and using it in a manner consistent with their expectations, your credit union expectations' and NCUA/government requirements is a high priority for everyone associated with our company.

To ensure that our credit unions and their members can rely upon the quality of products and services we are offering, Alpha Omega stands behind the following privacy policy:

• Alpha Omega will do everything humanly possible to ensure that the personal information collected by our credit unions on their members, necessary to conduct business, is safeguarded. This means handling that information to provide those services to the members - and no further.



• Alpha Omega will protect the credit union and the members' personal information by maintaining strong security controls to insure that member information in our files and computers is protected.



• Alpha Omega will ensure that your credit union and members will always have access to their information in relation to our electronic services (e-statements). By way of electronic statements, the credit union and its members will be able to review their information on line in an accurate and user-friendly manner in order to ensure that the records are complete and accurate.



• Alpha Omega is committed to never sharing information (except only when absolutely necessary) with anyone without direct express written consent of the credit union. The information will only be handled in a contractual manner consistent with proper and timely delivery of the statements and e-statements.



• Alpha Omega will only partner with businesses that follow strict requirements and only when absolutely necessary to provide requested services. These services are designed to enhance the members' economic well being in relation to statement delivery. At anytime, the credit union may contact Alpha Omega for a list of any vendor partners and their confidentiality statements.
