Alpha Omega was established in February of 1979. We were originally opened as Four States Micrographics in Texarkana, Texas. Needing a more central location we moved to Shreveport, Louisiana in September of 1983. At the time of the move, we were renamed Alpha Omega Laser, and offered full micrographics services.

In 1990, our services were expanded to include laser (electronic) printing. We have also added e-commerce services which include scanning, placing statements on the internet, check imaging, and placing checks on the internet. We specialize in custom programming applications to include relational database design. We also offer a full line of turn-key services. We currently operate under 10,000 square feet with a full operating potential of 29,000 square feet under roof. Today, our customer base ranges from the East Coast to Hawaii.

Shreveport, Louisiana is a city that has come a long way over the last decade. Shreveport is located in the upper left corner of Louisiana over 300 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Over the years, Shreveport has grown to become a city of opportunity. Shreveport continues to grow and prosper every year. Interstate 20 and Interstate 49 connect Shreveport to other major cities in the area: Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Dallas, and New Orleans. Currently, Interstate 49 is being extended to allow Shreveport to be connected to Arkansas and Missouri. Interstate 69 is an interstate highway under construction that will connect Shreveport to both Canada and Mexico.

Shreveport is home to many diverse attractions. Our most popular tourist destinations are the five casinos located on the beautiful Shreveport-Bossier riverfront: Boomtown, Diamond Jacks, El Dorado, Horseshoe, and Sam's Town. Other gaming activities enjoyed in our area are thoroughbred racing at Harrah's Louisiana Downs and video poker in numerous locations. Because of all the beautiful casinos in the area, Shreveport has become known as the "Southern Las Vegas."

Shreveport has to offer many fun activities for all ages, as well. In May of 2005, the Louisiana Boardwalk opened along the river front. The Louisiana Boardwalk offers shopping, fine dining, a movie theater, and other fun activities right along the beautiful Red River for everyone to enjoy. The Red River District, in Historic Downtown, offers a cultural experience like no other for adults to enjoy. Lakes, parks, sports, and festivals are yearlong attractions well suited for families visiting or living in the Shreveport area. Many people come to see the Bossier City-Shreveport Mudbugs play hockey, Holiday in Dixie, the Red River Revel, Mudbug Madness, the Louisiana State Fair, Christmas in Roseland, and our annual Mardi Gras parades.
