Credit Union Case Study 1

Problem:

The words “Past Due - Pay Immediately” were not originally included on the return coupon. It was located on the body of the form but was being missed by the members and created member confusion and incorrect payments submitted. This was due to template limitations by the credit union’s core processor.

Solution:

Alpha Omega has its own data reprocessing modules enabling flexibility and customization. We were able to identify and harvest the data from the body of the form and replicate it in a position dictated by the credit union. This fix appeared on both the paper and e-statement.
